The Control Society and The Christian Ethics

The expansion of the Internet and the evolution of the artificial intelligence are changing our lives in a social structure the with interaction. For example, we can not deny that our lifestyle has changed significantly due to the spread of smartphones. Changes in social structure are passively changing our sense of ethics.
The crime is closely related to social structure. Unless the social structure is changed, the
crime occurs repeatedly. Judging a offender will not change the social structure. Since changes in the social structure are costly, if it is judged that the cost for not have the offenders in the social is not appropriate, it is considered that the crime is caused by only one person. Judging one of them is a reasonable judgment commensurate with the cost.
However, the expansion of internet and the evolution of artificial intelligence have made it possible to reduce the cost of changing social structure with efficiency. In order to eliminate the crime, the efficiency makes reality of the social structure change of eliminating the crime itself rather than eliminating the crime. For example, if an automatic convenience store allows a machine to read and automatically settle an item picked up by a certain customer, then the act of theft will be eliminated. Limiting to the Internet world, we have lost the act of theft, excluding digital data (that can be malicious copying). A society that separates crime from human ethics is a threat rather than singularity. To put it simply, creating a system that we can not have the crime robs the choice of good and evil from us.
By recent rapid informationization, a deterministic social structure is being created. This way of social structure is called control society here.
By the rapid informationization, a deterministic social structure is being created. This social structure is called control society in this paper.
In this paper, we explain the problems of the control society from the standpoint of Christian ethics.
